Aerospace benchmarking 
INTELI has produced several studies through research on aeronautic industry supply chains, defense material off sets and industrial benchmarking over several international industry clusters; the research intended to identify best practices and case studies of aggregation and consolidation of the aeronautic clusters as to the public policy used tools as well as the supported and organized private strategies. As part of the international networking and intelligence, INTELI was responsible for the presentation of the Portuguese industry, as invited speakers, at the II Spanish Aeronautic Industry Summit (Madrid, 2005) INTELI also prepared a sector report concerning the Portuguese aeronautic industry development and associated strategic plan design and implementation plan.

PeMA
Initially organized from a discussion focus group of companies and R&D organizations invited by INTELI, this initiative eventually evolved to a formal Associative structure of PEMAs association as existing today. INTELI provided full launching support to the initial group and the first steps of the PEMAs Association, including strategic consultancy, activities planning and coordination, set up contact networks and search out for new partners. INTELI was also deeply involved in the initial marketing efforts, in particular leading and coordinating PEMAs exhibitions on the Aircraft Interiors Exhibition 2004 (Hamburg, Germany), the ILA - Berlin Air Show 2004 (Berlin, Germany) and the Portugal Air Show, 2005 (Évora, Portugal).

PNIAE 2004  
INTELI was invited by the Secretary of State of Innovation of the Portuguese Government to actively contribute for the Portuguese National Innovation Plan on Aeronautics and Space, together with OGMA (as the main company), IST (the aerospace university), GRICES (public affairs department of the R&D and Education Ministry), PEMAs (the Aeronautics Industry Association) and PROESPAÇO (the Space Industry Association). Resulting from the group's collaboration, it was produced a policy paper with the major guide lines for the aerospace industries development.

Cities 

Paredes - Creative Design City
The initiative centered on the production of the strategic plan and in monitoring the implementation of the project "Paredes, Creative Design City". It was an urban regeneration project with a specific focus on design and creativity, and on the strong tradition of the municipality in the furniture industry.   

Rede ECOS -  Energy and Sustainable Construction 
The production of the strategic plan of the ECOS - "Energy and Sustainable Construction" network was the main objective of the project. The network is integrated by 7 Portuguese municipalities of Alentejo, Algarve and Centre regions. It was a proposal presented to the Regional Operational Programmes under the line "RUCI - Innovation and Competitiveness Urban Networks".

Serpa - Sustainable Earth Construction Laboratory
The project centered in the production of the strategic, technical and financial plan for the Sustainable Earth Construction laboratory to be located in Serpa. It integrated the mission, objectives, intervention lines, human resources, equipment, budget, partnerships, etc.

Serpa - Eco-neighborhood
The production of the strategic plan for the urban regeneration of some old buildings in Serpa based on sustainability principles was the main aim of the project. The objective was the creation of an eco-neighborhood.  

Serpa - Eco-village  
The objective of the project was the production of the strategic plan for the creation of an eco-village in the municipality of Serpa. It refers to new construction based on the principles of energy efficiency, use of renewable energy, etc.

Torres Vedras - Technological Platform of Torres Vedras  
The project centered in the production of the strategic, technical and financial plan for the Technological Platform of Torres Vedras with a specific focus on renewable energy, namely hydrogen.
