Creative Brief 04 – Newsletter of the URBACT Creative Clusters Project
The 4th Newsletter of the Creative Clusters network was published!
The objective of the Creative Clusters - "Creative Clusters in Low Density Urban Areas" project, supported by the URBACT Programme of the EU, is to promote the exchange of experiences and best practices and the proposal of policy recommendations and action plans related with creative clusters in low density urban areas. The starting assumption of the project is that creativity can act as a driving force for economic development of small and medium-sized urban centers and not only of big cities.
